The SearchExpress hosted content management solution provides a secure online repository for your documents. You can search, approve and annotate documents over the Internet.
In addition to searching from your desktop PC, you can search from your wireless laptop, cell phone, PDA or handheld computer, such as a Dell Axim Pocket PC. This means you and your team can access your documents wherever you are, including meeting room, car and home.
You can securely collaborate with others, both inside and outside your organization.
For scanning your documents over the Internet, you can use either a scanner or a digital copier.
Scanner
Our Internet Scanner program lets you use a scanner to scan and add index fields (customer name, document type, date, etc.) to documents and send the documents over the Internet to our hosting Server.
Digital Copier
Or, instead of using a scanner, you can use a digital copier to FTP images over the Internet to our Server.
In this case, if you need to add index fields, you can enter the index fields from your browser to our Remote Data Entry program which will print a barcode for each document. You place this barcode sheet between each document in the stack of documents you place in your copier.
