Route To SharePoint


SearchExpress Sharepoint Document Management software can write scanned documents to different SharePoint sites and document libraries based on index fields you assign to the documents.

For example, if, during scanning, you assign a client number to a document, the scanned document could be stored in a SharePoint document library for this particular client.

SearchExpress can also write images to subfolders within document libraries.

SearchExpress can create new SharePoint index fields and libraries, or SearchExpress can map to existing SharePoint fields and write to existing libraries.

SearchExpress can write scanned documents in either self-contained searchable (text plus image) PDF format or TIFF format.

SearchExpress can be configured for complete hands-off operation, where the only steps required are putting the paper in the scanner or MFP copier, and searching.

Manage Documents

SearchExpress SharePoint Document Management software lets you capture, index, route, search and manage your paper documents as well as your digital documents.

You can automatically index documents using barcodes, Zone OCR, full-page OCR and reading the fields from other computer applications.

You save emails, Word and other Office documents directly to SearchExpress, without printing or scanning them, by using a Save-to-SearchExpress menu item in Outlook and Office.

SearchExpress is easily integrated with your existing business-critical applications so you can share data with your other applications and view your documents from your other applications.

You can search by typing in a word or phrase. Also, you can search by highlighting a search word or phrase in your CRM, ERP or other applications, and pressing a function key.

SearchExpress provides document workflow and approval.

An example of a simple workflow would be routing A/P invoices to the manager responsible for approving the invoice, say Sierra Lewis.

Sierra Lewis can approve documents by selecting "Documents to Approve" from the Favorites list of her browser, or SearchExpress can send her an email and she can approve the invoice from her email.
