SearchExpress Document Management software lets you host documents for your clients and provide them document management in the Cloud.
Your clients scan their documents, over the Internet, to your hosting site, and search and access their documents over the Internet, using SearchExpress search and workflow features. Or, you could scan the documents for your clients.
An example of a simple workflow would be routing A/P invoices to the manager responsible for approving the invoice.
Here's how you could host their workflow:
Your clients scan their invoices, over the Internet, to your server, using SearchExpress Browser Scan.
While scanning, they can route the invoices to different managers, by choosing the manager's name from a pick list.
Each manager uses their browser to see an "inbasket" of all invoices that await their approval.
The managers can indicate their approval by clicking the Approved button after reviewing the scanned invoice. They could also enter a cost code.
Or, instead of using a scanner, your clients can use a MFP copier to FTP images over the Internet to your Server.
In this case, they can enter the index fields from their browser using the SearchExpress Remote Data Entry program which prints a barcode for each document. They place this barcode sheet between each document in the stack of documents they place in their copier.
